Zillow reports a modeled typical home value; Redfin reports sale and listing measures using MLS and/or public records; Realtor.com reports listing and sold indicators. Each publisher uses its own boundaries, inventory, timing and methods. Redfin's Bear Valley results may include Lakewood addresses. Do not combine these numbers into a single price trend or use them to value an address. Figures change as publishers update their pages.
