Tipsy Putt plans a LoDo night out built around indoor games.
1755 Blake Street, Suite 125 · LoDo, Denver
The planned restaurant and bar pairs mini golf with the brand’s tabletop 1-2 Putt game, food and drinks. For someone planning a downtown outing, the appeal is a place to spend time playing as well as eating. The operator confirms this Denver address and says it anticipates opening before the end of 2026. It has not announced a verified opening day or regular hours on the location page.
October 28 reporting describes a 12,500-square-foot venue with nine-hole mini golf and group-event space. BusinessDen reports that it will replace Lob, the earlier game-oriented business at the address. The building owner, Unico, identifies 1755 Blake as an existing LoDo office property with ground-floor retail. This is a new public-facing use within an existing building, not a claim that the whole building is newly constructed.
What can you do today? Read the operator’s Denver updates or inquire about future events. Do not make a special trip expecting to play or eat yet. We have not verified a completed opening, final inspection, Denver menu, pricing or age policy. Events and guest reviews for the brand’s California locations do not establish that the Denver venue is operating.
This destination is in LoDo, outside Highland and LoHi. It may become a useful downtown addition to a wider visit, but check the real route and an actual opening before including it in an itinerary. The announced business does not imply a change in nearby property values.

The Stockton would give the historic Exchange a new dinner destination.
4701 N. Marion Street · National Western Center / Elyria-Swansea, Denver
Bryan Dayton’s planned steakhouse puts a public-facing use inside The Exchange, the former Livestock Exchange Building. The proposed restaurant occupies the historic stockyards bank space, making the building itself part of the reason to visit. It could add a dinner stop to a campus visit, but that usefulness depends on an actual opening—not an announced month.
At our November 2 review, the operator’s website still says coming soon and names November 2026. That supersedes the summer target in Mile High CRE’s January 15 announcement. The exact opening day, operating hours and completed opening were not verified. The current stage here is an announced opening, not a claim of final inspection, permit approval or a restaurant serving meals today.
For now, use the operator’s updates to plan a later visit; do not make a special trip expecting dinner. The building’s redevelopment and a restaurant lease are separate from the restaurant being ready for guests. This is outside Globeville, though relevant to exploring the nearby National Western area. Check the real journey from your starting point and campus access before going.
Lincoln Station moves to an operator search for a food hall and beer garden.
1701 W. 13th Avenue · Lincoln Park · Denver
Thrive’s October 20, 2026 request for proposals gives a warehouse-conversion idea a concrete next step: finding an operator. The plan includes approximately 14,700 square feet of food-hall space, five kitchen stalls and a 19,100-square-foot courtyard and beer garden. The developer schedules prospective-operator site visits for November 2–6 and proposals for November 24. Its fourth-quarter 2027 opening target is a goal, not a confirmed opening date.
Mile High CRE’s October 21 report corroborates the food hall plan and describes roughly 14,900 square feet of coworking space at the adjoining 1350 Shoshone Street property. The useful neighborhood effect would be a place to eat, work and gather within the existing industrial setting. Operators and individual food tenants are not confirmed by this review, and we have not verified a current permit approval or construction milestone.
What can you do today? Follow the project and its eventual tenant announcements; you cannot visit this as an operating food hall. The scheduled site visits are for prospective operators, not public opening events. If you are comparing nearby homes, evaluate the places and routes available now. A proposed destination does not establish future home-price gains or guarantee the final uses.
Reviewed November 1, 2026. Primary: Thrive’s dated operator RFP and project imagery. Corroboration: Mile High CRE, October 21. Developer renderings show conceptual design intent, not a completed destination. Northfield gets a confirmed Trader Joe’s address.
8564 E. Northfield Boulevard · Northfield / Central Park · Denver 80238
Trader Joe’s has named the Northfield location in an October 12, 2026 announcement, with a 2027 opening target. Its location page still says “Coming Soon.” That operator confirmation is the useful milestone: a specific grocery destination to follow, with an address that nearby households can compare against their regular shopping route.
Denverite’s October 26 report identifies it as a planned third store within Denver. The operator has not announced an exact opening day. This is an announced grocery store, not a verified completed buildout or a place to shop today. We have not independently established a permit or construction milestone, and no store size is asserted here.
For residents considering northern Central Park, the practical question is how this future stop would fit a normal errand—not whether an announcement changes a home’s value. Check the actual route from the property and compare it with stores already operating. Until opening is confirmed, keep using the operator’s existing-location directory for today’s shopping plans. Hours, opening-day arrangements and available services remain to be confirmed.
The center’s development page and conceptual imagery provide broader context. Renderings are not photographs of a completed store; image dates and reuse permission were not established, so they remain at the source.
Office phase occupied · cafe announced, not openGolden · outside Denver city limits
Clayworks takes a real step forward. The coffee stop comes later.
The Pottery / Clayworks · 800 Ford Street, downtown Golden. Sweet Bloom’s announced cafe: Suite 102.
What has actually happened?
The former CoorsTek industrial site is becoming a mixed-use district spanning six downtown blocks. Clayworks’ October 2 update confirms that CoorsTek moved its global headquarters into The Pottery. October 15 reporting identifies the completed first office phase as 188,600 square feet. This is an occupied workplace milestone, not the opening of the whole district.
The developer’s wider plan includes shops, dining, residences and a future hotel. Those future uses should not be mistaken for completed destinations. Exact phase timing and the eventual mix can change; no property-value effect is promised.
What can a visitor do today?
Do not plan a Golden coffee visit around this opening yet. Sweet Bloom’s current operator page lists 800 Ford Street, Suite 102 as “opening soon,” without published cafe hours. October 15 reporting targets later this quarter, but that is not a confirmed first trading day. Check the operator before making a trip.
Why follow it? The announced ground-floor cafe would add a public-facing stop to a site now beginning its next use as a workplace. The useful next milestone is an operator-confirmed opening and visitor schedule—not another rendering or lease announcement.
Verified October 16, 2026. Project photography and conceptual renderings stay on the developer’s site; reuse rights were not established. The developer labels its depictions illustrative and preliminary. The report’s photograph credits James Stukenberg; it is not reproduced here. Golden is a separate city, not an Observatory Park or Southwest Denver neighborhood update. For a wider move, begin with the Denver-area relocation checklist.
Renovation announced · reviewed October 15, 2026Existing arena remains an event destination
Ball Arena’s next chapter: a bigger arrival space and a wider district vision.
1000 Chopper Circle · Auraria / downtown Denver’s arena district
A familiar game-and-concert destination is planning changes to the visit itself. KSE’s September 18 announcement describes approximately $135 million in upgrades: an expanded East Atrium, a new team shop, wider concourses, payment-system changes and three new clubs. Phased completion is expected for the 2028–29 seasons.
Keep the arena project separate from the surrounding neighborhood vision. KSE describes its 55-acre property as a future mix of hotel, entertainment, park space, shopping, dining, housing and offices. Those future places are not a completed district or a list of businesses you can visit today.
What is confirmed
The owner has announced the scope and target timing. Its release says a Site Development Plan would be submitted September 18. That statement alone does not verify permit issuance, construction start or completion; no later approval is asserted here.
What you can do today
Use the existing arena for its scheduled, ticketed events. Check the live calendar and venue rules before traveling. The announced East Atrium shop and new clubs should not be treated as open attractions.
For nearby residents and visitors, the useful question is whether this remains mainly an event-night trip or eventually gains everyday reasons to stop. Announced retail and park uses could broaden that role, but tenant names and opening dates need their own verification. This is no basis for predicting surrounding home appreciation.
Primary source: KSE release, September 18, 2026; corroboration: Mile High CRE, September 21. Address and visitor links: Ball Arena. KSE’s renderings are conceptual; reuse rights were not established, so view them at the source. This story is separate from our Local Business Spotlights.
Ball Arena is outside Highland & LoHi. Use the guide for nearby-area comparison, then verify your actual event trip.

Risica gives Walnut Street a new lunch-to-dinner stop.
3463 Walnut Street · Edit River North building · RiNo / Five Points, Denver
Andrea Frizzi’s new Milanese pizzeria and wine bar is operating inside the Edit building. Pizza, Italian cured meats and cheeses, small plates and wine give this address a practical role beyond a special-occasion dinner: it is also an option for lunch or an early meal while exploring the Walnut Street side of Five Points.
DiningOut’s October 20 reporting places the official opening on October 19. The operator now says open and lists Monday–Wednesday 11 a.m.–9 p.m., Thursday 11 a.m.–9:30 p.m., Friday–Saturday 11 a.m.–10 p.m. and Sunday closed. Older opening-soon text remains elsewhere on its site; the current open heading, hours and independent opening report support the operating stage. Confirm hours and the menu before traveling.
This is inside the broader Five Points neighborhood and outside Whittier. Test the actual journey from your home or tour route rather than assuming all RiNo destinations are equally convenient. We have not verified an ongoing price cap or a reservation policy, so neither is promised here.
Open · operator calls it a soft openingModern Chinese dinner · LoHi
Blossom adds a sit-down dinner stop on Central Street.
1691 Central St. · Highland / LoHi · Denver, CO 80211
Blossom by SYC is serving modern Chinese food and cocktails in LoHi. The operator confirms dine-in dinner service, while 5280’s October 9 opening roundup independently describes a July debut. The exact first service date is not established here. Its current “soft opening” label describes operating service, rather than a future reservation-only announcement.
The menu includes soup dumplings, shrimp dishes and wok-cooked noodles. For a neighborhood visit, this supplies an evening destination to pair with a Central Street outing. The operator recommends reservations and lists Sunday–Thursday service from 4–10 p.m. and Friday–Saturday from 4–11 p.m. Confirm hours, menu availability and dietary questions directly before traveling.
Use it with the Highland & LoHi guide, then test the route from a particular home. This stop is outside Globeville and Sunnyside; an easy evening visit from one address does not establish the same access from every nearby neighborhood.
Open · September 1, 2026Pasta, natural wine & cocktails
Soda Club gives The Ramble Hotel a new dinner destination.
1260 25th St. · Five Points / RiNo · Denver, CO 80205
The Denver location is operating inside The Ramble Hotel with handmade pasta, Roman-style pinsa, natural wine and cocktails. The operator identifies the food menu as kosher certified and parve. The useful neighborhood change is straightforward: this is an open dinner stop, not a license filing, announced lease or rendering.
Soda Club lists service seven nights a week: Sunday–Thursday from 5–10:30 p.m. and Friday–Saturday from 5–11:30 p.m., with the kitchen closing 30 minutes earlier. Check current reservations, hours and menu before making a special trip.
The address is inside Denver’s official Five Points statistical neighborhood and the area commonly marketed as RiNo. Those labels overlap here, but they are not interchangeable boundaries for housing data. Use the stop with the Five Points guide’s four-part tour.
Coffee bar open · verified October 20, 2026Expanded phase unconfirmed
The Carriage House restores a coffee stop on Cheesman Park’s north edge.
1290 N. Williams St. · Cheesman Park · Denver, CO 80218
The operator confirms its coffee bar is open behind the Tears–McFarlane House. This gives a park visitor or neighborhood researcher a real stop to use today. Regular hours are listed as 7 a.m.–6 p.m.; check the current menu and service before making a special trip.
August 12 opening coverage from ColoradoBiz identifies John Goscha and Jake Riederer’s new cafe in the former Secret Garden location. The useful neighborhood change is the return of a public-facing gathering place beside the park, rather than a new destination being inferred from a lease or rendering. That reporting date is not presented as an exact first day of service.
The operator still describes an expanded cafe and cocktail bar as a fall phase. Other parts of its website advertise adult beverages, and happy-hour end times conflict. Those mixed signals do not establish completion of the expanded phase. Confirm evening service directly; we have not verified a full-bar opening date.
Use the stop with the Cheesman Park guide’s four-stop tour. Compare the actual walk back to a candidate home, the entrance and the operating hours you would need. A convenient park-side stop does not establish equal convenience from every block.

Maria Empanada adds a grab-and-go stop inside Union Station.
1701 Wynkoop St. · Union Station Great Hall · Denver, CO 80202
The Argentinian empanada business is now serving at Union Station. Both the station’s directory and the restaurant’s location list identify the operating downtown stop, with daily hours of 7 a.m.–7 p.m. This advances the earlier announced location to a place visitors can use today.
The station describes savory and sweet offerings, coffee, and empanadas sold individually or by the box. It gives a traveler or downtown visitor another quick food option in the Great Hall; check the location’s current menu, dietary details and service hours before planning a stop around a train departure.
BusinessDen’s September 25 report described founder Lorena Cantarovici’s planned expansion. The exact first service date remains unconfirmed here: earlier reports named different October targets. Current first-party listings establish open status, so we are reporting the verified stage without treating a proposed date as opening day.
This is downtown, outside Sunnyside and Highland. Pair it with a comparison trip using the Sunnyside guide or Highland & LoHi guide, and test the full route instead of assuming every home has convenient station access.

Rising Phoenix and The Dove Underground give Lowry a dinner-and-show address.
7401 E. 1st Ave., Denver, CO 80230 · Lowry
Rising Phoenix operates the restaurant upstairs, while The Dove Underground hosts ticketed live music, comedy and other events below. The operator describes the business as veteran- and women-owned. Its current site marks the Lowry location open; this is a place to visit now, not an announced future opening.
As reviewed October 18, the operator's homepage posts restaurant service Monday–Wednesday from 4–9 p.m. and Thursday–Sunday from 10 a.m.–10 p.m. Check current hours before leaving. Downstairs admission varies by event: use The Dove Underground's calendar to check the performance, doors and ticket requirements before pairing a show with dinner.
Lowry United Neighborhoods listed a June 19 soft-opening event; Hoodline's August 26 report independently described the restaurant as operating in the former Tavern Lowry space. The venue adds a practical evening stop inside Lowry; it does not establish a change in nearby property values.

HW Home brings a larger showroom to 9+CO.
806 Albion St., Denver, CO 80220 · Hale / 9+CO, near 8th Avenue
The locally owned furniture retailer has moved its former Cherry Creek location to 9+CO. A September 15 Mile High CRE report describes a 10,000-square-foot flagship, giving this mixed-use district another substantial shopping destination. The operator's current Denver location page now confirms the store is open at Albion Street; this is a place to visit today rather than a lease announcement.
Browse furniture and home accessories or ask about design services and custom options. The operator currently lists Monday–Saturday hours of 10 a.m.–6 p.m. and Sunday hours of 11 a.m.–5 p.m. Confirm services, appointments and product availability directly. The location page still uses “cherry-creek” in its URL, but its displayed address is now 806 Albion Street.
For Congress Park readers, this is a nearby destination east of Colorado Boulevard, outside Congress Park's boundary. It adds a practical stop to an east-central Denver outing; an expanded showroom does not establish a change in nearby home values.
Address, open status and hours reviewed October 9 against HW Home's Denver location page. Scale and relocation: Mile High CRE, September 15. Denver's East Area Plan places 9th & Colorado in Hale. The precise first day of trading was not independently established. Operator photos are linked; reuse permission was not established, so none are reproduced.

The Oasis: a new retail block to watch in Cherry Creek North.
299 Milwaukee St. · between Second and Third Avenues · Denver's Cherry Creek North district
A furniture-shopping stop, daytime dining and a bagel shop are among the announced uses for this construction site. BMC Investments lists 177 apartments, roughly 27,000 square feet of retail and a 6,000-square-foot neighborhood pocket park. Its live project page still labels the development under construction.
Mile High CRE's September 23 report names Arhaus, Two Hands, PopUp Bagels and milehimodern as the retail tenants, following the announcement that the space was fully leased. That report uses a 26,000-square-foot retail figure, slightly different from the developer's current listing. Treat the scale as approximate until final project documentation resolves the difference.
The report anticipates phased retail openings during 2027, with initial openings in the first quarter. Those are expected dates, not completed openings. Visitors cannot yet use these announced destinations at The Oasis. For now, it is a project to follow while planning a future Cherry Creek visit; check each operator's location announcement before making a trip.
Stage and developer-listed scale checked November 2, 2026 against BMC's project page. Tenant lineup, block location and anticipated schedule: Mile High CRE, September 23, 2026. BMC's illustrations are conceptual renderings, not photos of an open destination. Reuse permission was not established; view them at the source.
Cherry Creek North is nearby comparison context for Congress Park; this project is outside that neighborhood.

Broom Book & Candle is building a horror-first South Broadway haunt.
482 S. Broadway · Washington Park West side of Broadway, across from Baker
The independent concept combines new and used horror and horror-adjacent books with gifts, events and an author-in-residence program. Reporting describes a 2,400-square-foot, two-level shop that is intended to add a coffee bar and wine service.
Do not make a visit yet. The operator still says “opening this fall,” while an October 5 report places the first book-and-gift phase in early November, with coffee service expected a few weeks later. No first day or current public hours are confirmed.
Stage and operator-listed phased-opening plan checked November 2, 2026 against the operator's live site; address, scale and phased-opening timing were independently reported by Axios on October 5. Denver's parcel and statistical-neighborhood records place the address on the Washington Park West side of Broadway. Operator and news photos remain at their sources because reuse rights were not established.
10155 E. 29th Dr., Suite 160 · Eastbridge Town Center, Central Park
The Denver wing restaurant opened its third city location in the former TAG Burger Bar space. Its house sauces, burgers, salads and bar make this a new casual dining stop in Eastbridge rather than a proposed future destination.
The restaurant has a patio opening toward the center's shared plaza. Dine-in and walk-in takeout were available at the opening; check the operator's current menu and hours before visiting or assuming online ordering is available.
Opening date and location: 9News, October 2026 report. Current operating status and address checked October 4, 2026 against the restaurant's live location page. Operator photos may be viewed there; reuse rights were not established, so none are reproduced here.

Mother Other gives South Broadway a plant-based dinner stop.
675 S. Broadway, Suite 300 · Baker / Broadway Park
Chef Alexi Mandolini and beverage director Taylor Herbert, the team behind The Easy Vegan, opened their first permanent restaurant here in summer 2026. The current menu is plant-based, with dinner and cocktails. It adds a distinct place to meet and eat on Baker's southern Broadway stretch.
Today the operator lists Thursday–Sunday evening service. Enter from the building's south side under the green awning. Reservations are recommended; the bar and patio welcome walk-ins when space is available. Check current hours and menu before going.
Address, open status and visitor details checked October 1, 2026 against the operator's live site. Axios reported its late-June 2026 opening. The operator credits Casey Wilson for its photography; reuse permission was not established, so photos remain at the original site and are not reproduced here.
Noble is preparing a return for a big LoDo dining address.
Noble Steakhouse · 1525 Blake St · Lower Downtown
The announced steak-and-seafood restaurant is planned for the former Rio Grande building, with private and semi-private dining rooms plus a large patio. The operator describes a menu focused on steak, seafood and Colorado-sourced ingredients.
There is nothing to book yet: the restaurant's site identifies the address but does not publish opening hours or a confirmed first day. Treat it as a project to watch, not an open destination.

La Vie En Rose · 1336 27th St · RiNo
La Vie En Rose pairs a Champagne list and French-inspired cocktails with small plates, including a grand gougère and steak tartare. It sits beside Nocturne, whose owners are also behind the bar. The address makes it an easy stop to place on a RiNo evening itinerary.
The bar currently lists Wednesday through Sunday hours and accepts limited reservations; its reservation page also explains walk-in availability. Check its site before heading over. The business says guests enter through Nocturne from 6 p.m. to close.
Rễ Tre brings a family story back to South Federal.
630 S. Federal Blvd · Federal corridor, at the Athmar Park–Westwood edge
Three Nguyen sisters opened a Vietnamese restaurant and bar in the former New Saigon space that their parents once ran. It makes this Federal Boulevard stop more than a pin on a dining map: the family history is part of the place.
If you are comparing Athmar Park and Westwood, add a Federal Boulevard stop to the tour. Check current service details before visiting; a recently opened restaurant can change its hours and menu.
Status checked September 27, 2026 against the restaurant's live ordering page and 5280's August 4 report. The report has interior and food photos; view them at the original source.
